Last time I had an appointment with this practice I was told to have chicken soup to aid with my flu symptoms. This was the only help and advice I was given. Needless to say I will not be returning.

The Doctor assumed a had a viral infection and only prescribed me Panadol. I went to another Doctor 3 days later as was still sick and he got tests done, which found a bacterial infection. Wouldn't go here again, although the receptionist was really nice.

Received excellent service from Dr Parkin-Smith for my 12 yo when visiting Busselton. He was thorough, humorous, very respectful and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend this Doctor.

I took my 3yr old son to see a Dr here on the recommendation of someone, never before have I had a Dr be so condescending and rude, never again!!!!

Got incorrect information. After half a day of chasing up correct information myself got no consideration for amendment only an offer to schedule another appointment at cost. Complete incompetence and inconvenience.

Do not attend here, IME reports will favor the insurer at all times saying that all your symptoms are made up and non existent

I went through an independent medical examination with this facility through an insurance company. It took 2 months to receive the report and when I did the report made me look as if I’ve made it up also he couldn’t see what was wrong with me and if I have an injury it’s not due to work. So if you have to go to these guys remember You always have a right to a second opinion and don’t let there smiles And politeness fool you they are not your friends.
